Choosing Transylvania as well as enrich our cultural background (visiting the many Saxon villages with fortified churches, their various important cities such as Sibiu, Brasov and Sighisoara, etc), it will mean choose to understand our consciousness thanks to the contact with people which used to leave cheaply and sweat every day in order to eat from their cultivated fields with animal-drawn plough, working at the field products with manual methods and living in general a life completely different from the frantic modern one.
